These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website and services provided by Kreativ Signs, including all purchases of custom signage. By placing an order or using our website, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.

1. Introduction

Kreativ Signs provides custom signage products and services (“Products” or “Services”) through our website. By accessing and using our website, you agree to abide by these Terms, as well as any other policies or guidelines referenced herein.

2. Orders and Customization

2.1 Order Process: By placing an order on our website, you are offering to purchase the selected Products, subject to these Terms. All orders are subject to availability and acceptance.

2.2 Customization: You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information for your custom signage orders. This includes text, graphics, design specifications, and any other relevant details. Kreativ Signs will not be held liable for errors in the final product that result from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by you.

2.3 Design Approval: We will provide a digital mock-up of your custom design for approval before production begins. You must approve this mock-up before we proceed. Any changes requested after approval may result in additional charges.

3. Pricing and Payment

3.1 Pricing: All prices listed on the website are in CAD (Canadian Dollars) and are exclusive of applicable taxes, shipping, and handling fees, unless stated otherwise. Prices may be subject to change without notice.

3.2 Payment: Payment for Products must be made at the time of order through the available payment methods (e.g., credit card, PayPal, etc.). Orders will not be processed until payment is received and confirmed.

4. Shipping and Delivery

4.1 Shipping: We will ship your custom signage to the address provided during checkout. Shipping times and rates will vary depending on the destination and size of the order. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for further details.

4.2 Delivery: Delivery times are estimated and are not guaranteed. We will not be responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or unforeseen circumstances.

4.3 Inspection upon Arrival: Upon receiving your order, you must inspect the Products for any damage or defects. If the Products are damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of receipt to resolve the issue.

5. Returns and Refunds

5.1 Custom Products: Due to the personalized nature of custom signage, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for Products unless they are defective or there was an error on our part in processing your order.

5.2 Non-Custom Products: For non-custom products, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, subject to the condition that the product is unused and in original packaging. You will be responsible for return shipping costs.

6. Cancellations

You may cancel an order for a custom sign only before production begins. Once production has started, cancellations are no longer accepted. To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Ownership of Designs: You retain ownership of the intellectual property rights to any designs or logos you provide for your custom signage. However, by submitting your design, you grant Kreativ Signs a license to use, reproduce, and modify the design solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.

7.2 Prohibited Content: You may not submit designs or content that violate any copyright, trademark, or intellectual property laws, or that are defamatory, offensive, or otherwise inappropriate.

8. Limitation of Liability

Kreativ Signs will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or purchase of our Products, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business interruptions. Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the Products in question.

9. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use our website and purchase our Products. By using our services, you agree to the terms outlined in our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to Terms
